Sharing your accurate flight information with Budget enables us to have your car ready at the terminal as soon as you arrive. Without this important information, you could experience a delay in getting your car since we might have to transfer a car from another location in the airport.

Budget airport locations that don't operate 24 hours a day will remain open to assist customers with confirmed reservations who are arriving on a delayed or re-scheduled flight. Locations will remain open until the last scheduled or delayed flight has arrived, and customers will be given a reasonable length of time to clear baggage claim and arrive at the Budget counter. 

We'll keep our airport counter location open for you if we know your flight schedule, so each time you reserve, be sure to provide airline, flight number, and expected arrival time!
