Members earn 500 miles for each qualifying Budget rental at participating airport locations worldwide. No requirement to fly on THAI or partner airline.
Terms and Conditions
- Earn miles at all corporate-operated and many participating licensee-owned airport locations worldwide. If you determine that your location is licensee-owned, please contact that location directly to find out if it's participating in the Thai Airways Frequent Flyer program.
- Royal Orchid Plus members receive 500 miles with every qualifying rental at Budget locations worldwide.
- No THAI flight, ticket or boarding pass is required to earn miles. Simply present your ticket or boarding pass and Royal Orchid Plus membership card at any participating Budget location worldwide at the time of rental.
- Miles can be earned on standard published or rack rates; Budget World Travel Plan or Business Traveler Prepaid or Pay on Arrival rates; and CorpRate or contracted rates.
- Miles cannot be earned on travel industry, travel agent, or tour/wholesale rates. Members may earn miles, point or credits only with one frequent traveler program per rental. Also, miles cannot be earned on a rental where car rental award certificates are used.
- Royal Orchid Plus members also enjoy a 10% discount on standard rates, pay-on-arrival Budget World Travel Plan or Business Traveler rates when choosing Budget. An advance reservation is required, and you must present your membership card at the time of rental.
- Royal Orchid Plus car rental award certificates also may be used toward Budget rentals. Certificates can be used toward a car-category upgrade, a 50% discount on one rental day, or up to three free rental days when you pay for up to three days. Awards are determined by the number of miles you redeem through the Royal Orchid Plus program.
- Rules apply when you use car rental certificates:
- Certificates may be used only with standard rates and cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Advance reservations are required.
- Please be prepared to present an award certificate at the time of rental.
- Blackout periods may apply.
- Upgrades are subject to availability at the time of rental and apply to the car type listed on the certificate.
- Discounts apply to time and mileage charges only.
- Free rental day(s) apply to the car type listed on the certificate and the paid rental day(s) always precede the free day(s).
- Local rental and age requirements apply.
