How to Find Budget Car Rental at YLW Airport

Budget Counter

The Budget rental counter is located in the arrivals terminal right next to baggage claim. So once you’ve landed in Kelowna, just follow the signs to baggage claim. Grab your luggage and head to the rental counter to get your rental car.

Directions to Vehicles

A Budget agent will provide you with the keys to your rental car and your rental contract. Once you’ve signed the contract, you’ll find the rental lot on the south end of the short-term parking, across from the terminal. 

Car Rental Return at Kelowna Airport

Budget rental cars can be returned to the same spot where pickup is available: 14-5533 Kelowna International Airport, Kelowna, BC V1V 1S1. Just follow the signs for “Returns,” accompanied by the car rental symbol displaying a car with a key over it. The lot will be located on your left side as you approach the airport.

Fastbreak Service
Proceed to the Budget counter Fastbreak line/or normal line if no Fastbreak line designation/or follow directions to the Fastbreak Kiosk. Present identification and receive your rental agreement. The counter representative will give the customer the keys & directions to their car. FASTBREAK RETURN: Follow the airport signs for Car Rental return. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Record your mileage and fuel level on the rental agreement and drop it in the Budget Fastbreak return box. A closed rental agreement will be mailed to you within 48 hours.
General Directions
COUNTER: Located in the main terminal, by the baggage claim area. CARS: Vehicles located on the terminals main parking lot. RETURNS: Return to airport terminal main parking lot. AFTERHOURS: Drop keys in slot on top of the rental counter.
DRIVERS CIRCLE When you arrive, go to the Budget counter in the baggage claim area. The manager or key person will have your contract ready and personally escort you to your vehicle. Valet Return: If offered, you will be told about our service as you are escorted to your car.
After-hours Returns
Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the Drop Box located in the Returns area. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.
