How to find Budget Car Rental at Ottawa International Airport

Proceed to the Avis/Budget rental counter located across from the airport arrivals in order to receive your preprinted rental agreement & keys. Your rental vehicle will be parked on the same level of the parkade.
NOTE: Airline & flight information must be on the reservation for the customer to receive Preferred/Fastbreak Service.

General Directions
AIRLINE PASSENGERS
Proceed to the Avis/Budget rental counter, conveniently located directly across from the airport arrivals terminal. Your rental vehicle will be parked on the same level of the parkade.
WALK-UP RENTERS
Follow the airport signs for "Rental Car Return" and turn left into the parkade. Continue following the "Avis/Budget" signs. Once inside the parkade, proceed to the Avis/Budget rental counter, where a representative will be available to assist you. Your rental vehicle will be parked on the same level of the parkade.
After-hours Returns
Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the key drop box. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.
Rental Car Return at Ottawa Airport
As you approach the airport, stay right, following the signs for Rental Return instead of turning into the first parkade entrance. Continue to follow the Rental Return signs to the left when the road forks. You’ll enter the parkade on the side facing the terminal.
