How to Find Budget Car Rental at Toronto Billy Bishop Airport 

Fastbreak Service
Outside the baggage claim area, proceed to the courtesy bus pick-up area. At the car rental facility, proceed to the Budget counter Fastbreak line/or normal line if no Fastbreak line designation/or follow directions to the Fastbreak Kiosk. Present identification and receive your rental agreement. The counter representative will provide the keys & directions to the car.
FASTBREAK RETURN: Follow the airport signs for Car Rental return. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Record your mileage and fuel level on the rental agreement and drop it in the Budget Fastbreak return box. A closed rental agreement will be mailed to you within 48 hours.
General Directions
COUNTER: This is no counter at the Billy Bishop Airport. Customer must call location for pickup service. Pickup location will be provided at the time of the call. The Budget shuttle will take you to the Budget location to complete the contract. Distance from airport to location is approximately 5 kms. Shuttle time to location is 10-30 minutes depending on traffic.
CARS: On-site.
RETURNS: Customer must return the car to 20 Front Street West, Parking Level P1 and take the Budget shuttle to the airport. Distance to the airport is approximately 5 kms. Shuttle time is 10-30 minutes depending on traffic.
AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Not available.
