New Terminal A arrival instructions: You will see airport signs directing you to the rental car facility. Please proceed over the sky bridge and into the garage. Take the escalator to the 3rd floor, where you will find our facility. Please proceed to the left through our facility to the parking garage. Once inside the parking garage, the reader board will be to your left.
Terminals B and C Arrivals: From the baggage claim, follow signs to the Air Train. Exit the train at Terminal A. Proceed downstairs to the exit and follow the Parking Garage signs to the right. Continue walking straight for approximately 5 minutes to the 1st floor parking garage lobby. Take the escalator to the 3rd floor, where you will find our facility. Please proceed to the left through our facility to the parking garage. Once inside the parking garage, the reader board will be to your left.
FASTBREAK RETURN: Follow the airport signs for Car Rental return. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Record your mileage and fuel level on the rental agreement and drop it in the Budget Fastbreak return box. A closed rental agreement will be mailed to you within 48 hours.
General Directions
On 15NOV23, The Newark Liberty Intl Airport (EWR) Budget counter has moved to a new Consolidated Rent-A-Car Facility (ConRAC) on Airport property.
COUNTER:
New Terminal A arrival instructions: You will see airport signs directing you to the rental car facility. Please proceed over the sky bridge and into the garage. Take the escalator to the 3rd floor, where you will find our facility.

VEHICLES: Located on airport property.
RETURNS: Once you enter the airport, follow the signs for Car Rental Returns & then follow the Budget signs.
AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Available. Park & lock the vehicle. Place the keys and completed contract in the After Hours Returns Box. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.
DRIVERS CIRCLE
When you arrive, the manager or key person will greet you at the security area near the gate of the arrival hall. The rental contract will be ready and you will be personally escorted to your vehicle.
Valet Return: If offered, you will be told about our service as you are escorted to your car.
After-hours Returns
Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the Drop Box located in the Returns area. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.
